We understand that sometimes you may not like a product you have purchased through our site, it may be the wrong size, or in some cases it may be damaged during delivery. We make returning or exchanging a purchase easy for you. All sales are subject to (but not limited to) the following return policy:

Return & Exchange Period

  • 30 days for all products delivered inside the United States and Canada
  • 45 days for all products delivered outside the United States and Canada

Returnable Items

The following items can be returned within the time period specified above for either a return or exchange:

  • CDs (open and/or sealed)
  • DVDs (open and/or sealed)
  • Blu-rays (open and/or sealed)
  • Unworn/unwashed apparel for a different size
  • Special collector’s items that are factory sealed and the seal has not been opened.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned nor exchanged:

  • Apparel that have been worn and washed
  • Special collector’s items that were factory sealed and seal has been opened (e.g. Sex Book)
  • Digital content
  • Items that are damaged or abused
  • Etched or otherwise personalized items

Returns By Mail

To return your online purchase by mail:

  1. Pack your return in the original shipping package, if possible.
  2. Include the packing slip and return label, and indicate the reason for the return.
  3. Include all original packing materials.

For proof of delivery, we recommend that you return items via UPS or insured USPS.

Refund Method

Refunds will be credited to the original credit card or PayPal account. Any purchases paid through Western Union money transfers, checks, or cash, will be refunded through a Cashier’s Check or international Money Order.

Refunds credited back to the original credit card or Paypal account may take up to 4 business days.
