Order Processing

All orders are proccess within 24 hours of approval. International orders usually take up to 48 hours before shipping.

All orders are carefully and safely packaged to avoid any damage during shipping.

Approximate shipping time is as follows:

-USA 3-4 business days

-Canada 4-7 business days

-Mexico & Latin America 7-15 business days (in some cases depends on the mail system from the country)

-Europe, Australia and Oceania 7-10 business days (in some cases depends on the mail system from the country)

-Asia 7-15 business days (in some cases depends on the mail system from the country)


Return Policy

Should there be any problem with your order we can either replace it or a full refund will be issued.

Please refer to the following list of procedures for returns or exchanges:

For a full refund:

-Items must be reported as “damaged” within 21 days of the date of purchase (30 days for International Orders).

-The item must be returned in it’s original condition including original packaging (cases, disc(s), etc).

-Once we receive the item we will make sure the item is defective before we go ahead and issue a refund.

-Refunds should take up to 72 hours to process once we’ve received and approved the return.

-Note: When returning an item make sure you use some kind of secure mail, we will not be responsible if your item is
lost in the mail when returning it, specially for overseas orders.

For an exchange or replacement:

-Items must be reported as “damaged” within 30 days of the date of purchase.

-The item must be returned without the casing, the disc(s) only.

-We will send a replacement right away.

We cannot accept returns on the following circumstances:

-The item is reported damaged more than 21 days after delivery.

-There is nothing wrong with the item.

-Item is missing part of the packaging (cases, disc(s), etc).

-On Tourbooks and Collectibles, due to the fact that these items are very scarce and usually they are shipped in mint condition.
